At Printlands, we provide digital products only, including website themes, templates, and design systems.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases are generally final and non-returnable once access has been granted. However, we are committed to fairness and will review refund requests under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Digital Product Nature (Important)

By purchasing from Printlands, you acknowledge that:

  • All products are delivered digitally (no physical shipping)
  • Access is granted instantly after purchase
  • Products cannot be “returned” once downloaded or accessed

Because of this, we do not offer traditional returns like physical products.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

We may approve a refund under the following circumstances:

3.1 Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, we will refund the duplicate order.

3.2 Technical Issues

If the product is:

  • Corrupted or cannot be downloaded
  • Not functioning as described
  • Incompatible due to an issue on our side

We will:

  • Fix the issue, OR
  • Provide a replacement, OR
  • Issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved

3.3 Product Not Delivered

If you did not receive access to your product after purchase and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You no longer need the product
  • You lack the technical knowledge to use the product
  • You expected features not listed in the product description
  • You failed to check compatibility (WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, etc.)
  • You downloaded or accessed the product successfully

5. Refund Request Timeframe

All refund requests must be submitted within:

7 days from the date of purchase

Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Contact our support team
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Supporting evidence (screenshots, errors, etc.)

Once reviewed:

  • If approved → refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

7. Support First Policy

Before issuing a refund, we will always attempt to:

  • Help you install the theme
  • Fix technical issues
  • Provide guidance for setup

Most issues can be resolved quickly without needing a refund.

8. Exchanges / Replacements

Instead of refunds, we may offer:

  • A replacement file
  • Access to a corrected version
  • Alternative product of equal value (if applicable)

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first:

  • Your access to products may be revoked
  • Your account may be restricted
  • We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence

We strongly encourage you to contact us first — we will resolve the issue quickly.

10. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if:

  • There is evidence of abuse of our refund policy
  • Multiple refund requests are made from the same user
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
